As cUPS (aka "the specialest" and "smiles for the blind") I have been making electronic music which embraces my love of disparate elements of the musical calaidescope. From haunting beauty to glitch to intense noise to singer-writer "lo-laptop folkisms" it's all been coming out of the same place. For the past year+ i have been producing tracks for singer-songwriters such as Dustin Cole (new album out soon) Shuyler Jansen from Old Reliable and Wendy McNeill. My style has evolved from simplistic sounding down-tempo intelligentsia to an all out melange of no-holds barred experimentalisms. My goal is to keep looking for that sublime place where noise meets melody and sound meets harmony to exact in toto the sound of a seering crush.
